Yes, our clothing runs true to size. There are rare occasions when our items run either small or big, and we will have it in the product description. Check out our size chart for more details.

Our clothing runs true to size. In the event that our clothing doesn’t stretch or run smaller or bigger, we will put that information in the product description.

Our orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days (not including the weekends and holidays). The shipping timeframe will depend on which shipping option you choose and the carrier. Shipping, on average, can take 3-7 days. For more information, please review our shipping policy.

Our Return/Exchange policy is 30 days from the date you received your package.

Orders placed with a discount code is not considered final sale. The item(s) can be returned as long as it’s in compliance with the return policy. However, all items on sale are Final and cannot be returned.

If the order has not shipped, you can send a request to change the order. However, depending on the order's status in the fulfillment process, it may not be able to change. Send your request to customerservice@uptownwardrobe.com.

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders over the phone.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please use our return portal and submit pictures of the damaged item. Once approved, we will provide a return label so you can ship the item back. Please note we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
